If you would like to purchase a gift voucher or an artwork you see on our website, we have provided the methods below to make the process most suitable for you.
You can order by telephone, email or online via the shop page on our website.
It is safe, secure and convenient.

If buying via our website shop please follow the instructions provided. We use Stripe’s payment platform to accept and process payments online. Stripe accepts all major credit cards.

Gift cards are also available and can be used in the gallery, over the phone or via email.

You are welcome to browse in our gallery in Dublin – You’ll find us on the 2nd Floor in Powerscourt Townhouse Centre, 59 South William Street. Powerscourt is served by Five Multi Story Car Parks. As well as having its own entrance from the Brown Thomas Car Park, it is also within a short walking distance of Drury St, Royal Surgeons, Trinity St. and Stephens Green Shopping Centre car parks. There are lifts to bring you upstairs and a disabled entrance at the Coppinger Row entrance.

Methods of payment

-We accept all major credit, laser and debit cards and payments can put through over the telephone. Payments can also be made via bank transfer.
-Reservations and return call requests can be made via email.
-If you need to space out the payments, we offer a service of payment in instalments. Please telephone or email for more details.

To all customers outside the European Union, your VAT is refundable.

Shipping

-All our prints are shipped in acid free tissue and kept flat between 4 sheets of corrugated card. Large artworks are shipped in tubes.
-Postage is calculated by size/weight and by registered post from An Post (Ireland’s postal service) for a signed delivery.
-We ship worldwide and rates are available on request.
-Any print purchased will be sent via registered post.
-Lead time: 7-10 days unless otherwise advised.
PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY WITH COVID 19 THAT ARE DIFFERENT FROM OUR USUAL DELIVERY TIMES.
-If purchasing via our website we also offer in-store pick up or we can arrange a courier.
-Prices of prints are correct at time of website page update.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this, it will contain your unique track and trace number.

I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?
Contact us – we will do everything we can to help by tracking the item and contacting An Post, customer service. If an item sent by An Post has not been received it can often be found at the local sorting office awaiting collection.

Returns

Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone or email – see our Contact page for details. We ask you contact us as soon as possible and within 20 days of purchase.

Faulty Goods
All artworks leave the gallery in pristine condition. Should a parcel arrived damaged please email us immediately with photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork.

Exchanging goods
If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will exchange it for another piece of the same value. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us by registered post along with the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item.

Please return unwanted goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition within 20 days of purchase. A credit note will be issued for the full amount paid.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs by registered post when returning unwanted goods.

Changing or cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing order. Please contact us immediately by email. If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will take payment of any extra items and ship all items together. If your order has already been dispatched you will be required to place an additional order.
