Biography

Ria Czerniak-Lebov is a printmaker and writer from Dublin. She received a BA in Fine Art Print and Art History from NCAD, receiving Graphic Studio Dublin’s Graduate Award. Her etchings have been exhibited widely, both in Ireland and abroad and are part of several permanent collections including OPW, Trinity College Dublin and Mason Hayes and Curran Solicitors. Ria’s recent paper Irish Printmakers in the Age of Digital Reproduction was selected and published by IMPACT International Printmaking Conference. Ria’s work, both as an artist and writer explores the relationship between analogue and digital al technologies, the build environment and the ways in which we record and remember it.
