Biography
Esther Breslin graduated from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, with a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art – Printmaking in 2011. Based on the work Breslin exhibited in her graduate show, she was granted awards by both The Printmaker’s Gallery and Graphic Studio Dublin, where she became a practicing member. Breslin is also a member of The Water Colour Society of Ireland. Breslin’s work is primarily landscapes in the form of small, detailed etchings, which she uses to explore the theme of the subjectivity of memory.
Esther Breslin has exhibited in Ireland and abroad, and her work is included in the private collections of NUI Maynooth and AXA Insurance.
